The following products are available for purchase on the store:
All prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) excluding tax. VAT is calculated based on the buyer's country of residence and applied at checkout.
LeafCoin packages are purchased via HelloAsso. Virtual goods, loot boxes, subscriptions, and custom license plates are purchased using LeafCoins debited from the buyer's account balance.
LeafCoins are credited to the buyer's account immediately upon confirmation from HelloAsso. Virtual products purchased with LeafCoins are delivered instantly. Custom license plates are applied after review and approval by an administrator.
All virtual goods are tied to the Arma 3 Project Life game server. They hold no real monetary value and cannot be exchanged, sold, or redeemed for real money.
Virtual goods remain available as long as the game server is running. No refund will be issued if the server permanently closes. No compensation will be provided for temporary outages or maintenance periods.
Loot box content is determined randomly at the time of opening. Drop probabilities for each possible item are displayed before purchase. By purchasing a loot box, the user acknowledges and accepts the random nature of the content received.
Loot boxes are purchased with LeafCoins, not real money directly. Once opened, the result is final and irreversible.
Geographic restrictions: Loot boxes may be considered a form of gambling in certain jurisdictions, notably Belgium and the Netherlands. Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of their country of residence.
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase loot boxes.
Subscriptions are time-limited and paid in LeafCoins. They take effect immediately upon purchase. There is no automatic renewal.
No refund will be issued if the server permanently closes, including for any remaining subscription days. No extension will be granted for temporary outages. Early cancellation of a subscription does not entitle the user to any refund.
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not provided on a physical medium when performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgment that the right of withdrawal is waived.
By completing a purchase, the user expressly waives their right of withdrawal.
